There are only 2 methods of cleaning your UniFilter, the preferred being to use mineral turps

However, for ease of washing out with a non-flammable product, UniFilter has produced a water wash out system – Unifilter “Foam Filter Cleaner”

If you choose to use this system, then you must remember to follow the cleaning instructions carefully
